Our Process

  • Need a quote? Click on our QUOTE button at the top right, enter your details, and select submit. We’ll get in touch within 24 hours with a response.

    Screen printing is great value for money when printing higher volumes. The minimum for screen-printing starts at x12 units per design.

    For units under x12, we offer a range of alternative options to ensure costs are kept low. Feel free to get in touch to discuss.

    The minimum for embroidery orders is x4 units.

  • Send us your art file, ideally in Vector/PDF format (jpg, png if this is all you have), or let us know what you’re after, and we will do the designing.

    We’ll send you a visual mockup via email to approve. Approving the visual means you are approving your artwork, as well as the garment style, colour, size, and placement.

  • Once you’re happy with the visual and wish to proceed, we require a 50% deposit before we begin. The deposit covers the garment cost and secures your place in the queue.

  • As soon as we’ve received your deposit, along with your confirmed final order, we jump straight into ordering your blanks.

  • All orders are triple-checked for accuracy.

    1. Garments are picked, weighed, and checked for accuracy at our distributor's warehouse before they're shipped to us.

    2. They arrive at our workshop, and are checked to ensure they match exactly what was ordered.

    3. Our print team counts them again before they’re packed and boxed back up.

  • Once artwork is approved for print, the fun begins! We output film, make screens, mix the colours, set up the carousel, turn up the music, and jump into printing.

  • Once your garments are hot off the press, checked, folded, and boxed up, we send you an email notification or give you a call to let you know your order is ready. If you can't make it here or have arranged for shipping, we ship via Aramex NZ for nationwide and international orders.

  • Need to order more? Sure thing! Flick us an email or give us a call. If printing the same artwork, Screen Reset Fees apply; however, if you print over 50 units, that Reset fee is free. Please keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity, so your price may go up or down depending on how many you reorder.
