Screen printing is a versatile printing method that pushes ink through a fine mesh screen (like a stencil) onto a surface, creating durable, vibrant designs. A stencil blocks certain areas of the mesh, so ink only passes through the open parts when a squeegee is dragged across, transferring the image one color at a time for consistent, high-quality prints.

Depending on how our schedule is looking, we generally work on a 7-14 day turnaround, from ideation to final product collection.

Screen printing ink varies by application; Plastisol, Water-Based, Discharge, and special effects ( metallic, glow, reflective, fluro, glitter etc ).
Plastisol inks are durable but need high heat; Water-Based is soft and eco-friendly but dries fast on screen; Discharge removes fabric dye for a soft print.
Choosing the right ink depends on the desired finish, fabric type ( for example, spandex needs flexibility), durability, and environmental factors.

There are two variables that will effect the pricing: Quantity and Colours in a print run.
Quantity: Depending on how many units you print, your price will change. The more units, the cheaper the print price will be.
Colours: Each colour in a print = 1 x screen. A 5 colour print = 5 screens. The more screens used, the more expensive the print will be.

They don't just do the screen printing, they supply all our tees and hoodies as well. Highly recommend Christian and Sally - they have amazing attention to detail and quality, and keep screen printing as the craft that it is.
